The Marketing & Packaging Graphic Designer will have professional ability to produce both product packaging and creative marketing collateral deliverables in print and digital animal health media. They will elevate marketing collateral materials by developing an improved aesthetic while maintaining visual integrity and brand identity standards in a highly regulated animal health pharmaceutical industry. They will have the ability to complete product packaging graphic deliverables from start (design and edits) to finish (production-ready files). This role will coordinate within the fast-paced Marketing and Regulatory Affairs departments.

Key Role Specific Requirements


Teams with marketing and regulatory personnel (both internal and external) to provide graphic design expertise and ownership on transversal design projects


Develop improved creative designs of print and digital marketing collateral, including marketing campaigns, flyers, technical data sheets, advertising, event displays, while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.

In coordination with Regulatory Affairs ensures complete accuracy of product labels and packaging graphics fully comply with FDA regulations including creation, updates and generally maintain all labels and associated extensions of labeling/inserts/packaging throughout the products lifecycle under guidance of Regulatory Affairs.

Prepare all files for mock-ups, pre-press and coordinate with manufacturing partners to ensure proper transfer of artwork to print vendors. Partner with site label coordinator where appropriate.


Assumes accountability and ownership to staying current in maintenance of detailed document files in highly organized and timely manner. Accessibility to project and completed work product should be in a “ready now” status to all engaged within a project or assignment.

Other Requirements






  • 3+ years graphic design experience
  • strong animal health (specifically livestock and/or equine) design experience and aesthetic in creating visually compelling designs.
  • thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project.
  • able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects by collaborating with multiple teams within and outside Bimeda
  • Experience with digital marketing (social media, marketing campaigns, etc.)



  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or other related/similar degree



  • Advanced level of skill on Mac and PC platforms in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office respectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
  • Expert knowledge of current design software and skilled with every step of the design process from conceptual ideas, creating visual representations, to final deliverables.
  • Experience with Word Press, video editing and/or HTML
