The Staff Accountant will assist in the preparation of financial records to properly report the activities of the North America operations. 


  • Prepares monthly balance sheets reconciliations.
  • Enters all miscellaneous and reoccurring manual journals.
  • Performs daily cash reconciliations, verifying deposits and disbursements are properly recorded.
  • Maintains Fixed asset registers and depreciation charges on a monthly basis.
  • Reviews expense accounts to ensure activity is recorded in the appropriate accounts.
  • Provides outside auditors and tax consultants with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit and tax return filings.
  • Oversight and daily review and assignment of exceptions within the Kefron A/P matching system.
  • Ensures all intercompany activity is balanced.
  • Provide payroll support.
  • Back-up for customer invoicing.
  • Reconciles monthly company credit and compiles all relevant back-up for posting to general ledger.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned

Other Requirements



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of general financial accounting.
  • Understanding of and the ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field, required.
  • At least three years of related experience required.



  • Masters Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred, not required
