- Manage the existing client portfolio and actively promote Bimeda products within your territory
- Develop the client portfolio by using all tools and systems at your disposal
- Create and execute the sectorial action plans elaborated in close collaboration with the Sales Director
- Proactively propose conrete solutions to increase the revenue within your territory
- Organise and participate to communication and marketing events for professionals in your sector as well as on a national level (conventions, congresses, trainings etc.)
- Report and track the KPIs in your sector and set by management
- Insure flawless communication regarding technical questions and/or quality issues and produce activity reports accordingly
- Report to management on any letigation issues with clients and propose adapted action plans
- Apply all regulatory and legal requirements relevant to your position and the company's activity
- Scale-up any customer complaints and inform the QP of any pharmacovigilance issues
