Maintain and increase sales at the level of the countries of the region, interact with customers, effectively satisfying the pre and post-sale concerns raised by customers in the technical-commercial development process, at all levels of the channel, at the lowest possible cost. , collecting, at the same time, relevant information for the company. Maintain communication with the commercial department to control inventories and orders, customers to ensure sustained growth, and constant training of sales forces, distributors in the region.

Responsible for the commercial direction in the development and key actions, for product launches and the execution of the post-launch strategy, as well as the budgets and fulfillment of the sales objectives of the unit aligned with the demand generation process.

Ability to develop technical-commercial presentations for sales purposes. Support in the training and organization of trainings for clients and commercial teams.

Support in the support and development of technical or commercial field trials -Availability to take new assignments according to the business requirement.

Development of commercial technical material, in conjunction with marketing strategies, to be developed or implemented. At the regional or global level.

Check collection status with the means provided by the finance area for the support of the commercial department if necessary.

Customer satisfaction, creating and maintaining a good relationship with customers. Serving them in a timely manner, giving solutions and quick answers.

Build sales budgets aligned, with the company's priorities, and with the expected growth, of the products and new products aligned with the demand generation process.
