Purpose of the Position/ Role Summary
An exciting, hands-on graduate opportunity to kickstart your ecommerce career in the animal health industry. You’ll help set up and optimise Bimeda Animal Health’s non-prescription products across Amazon and other ecommerce platforms (retailers, vets, wholesalers, pureplay) in multiple European markets. You’ll report to the EU Marketing Manager, support the Digital Marketing Executive, and work cross-functionally with Supply, Finance, Sales, and Marketing, gaining broad commercial experience with structured mentoring and clear succession planning.
This role also directly supports a core business objective: to extend and grow our digital footprint across Europe. You will contribute to this by supporting SEO, analytics, and social media execution and reporting across priority channels, and by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on plans

Key Role Specific Requirements
Marketplace & Ecommerce Setup
- Create, optimise, and maintain product listings across Amazon and other EU ecommerce partners.
- Manage catalog data (titles, bullets, descriptions), A+ content, imagery, variations, taxonomy, and keywords.
- Ensure accurate EAN/GTIN, SKU hygiene, and correct mapping to each market’s catalog.
Content & Localisation
- Build and localise product copy and imagery per market/language with input from local teams.
- Maintain a tidy Digital Asset Management structure and ensure brand consistency.
- Align all content with claims and regulatory requirements per country.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Support SEO activities: on-page optimisation, meta data hygiene, internal linking, and keyword research.
- Assist with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) tagging, dashboards, and regular performance reporting (traffic, conversion, channel mix).
- Set up and track Meta and TikTok pixels/events; support basic campaign trafficking and QA with agencies/partners.
- Provide LinkedIn management support: content scheduling, community management, and reporting.
- Work with colleagues to map out a full annual social plan across channels, support post creation/publishing, and follow up with analytics to adapt and optimise.
Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Supply and Sales to sync inventory with live listings and avoid OOS issues.
- Coordinate with Finance on pricing and promo governance where relevant.
- Support onboarding and checklists for new retail, vet, wholesale, and pureplay ecommerce partners.
- Work closely with European markets to meet local requirements (translations, approvals, imagery).
Stakeholder Management (Cross-Functional)
- Build trusted relationships across key functions: Supply, Sales, Finance, Regulatory/Legal, QA, and local market leads (e.g., France, Nordics, UK, Spain).
- Coordinate with external partners (agencies, marketplaces, and platform reps) ensuring clear briefs, timelines, and SLAs.
- Facilitate content and claims approval workflows; track dependencies and escalate risks or blockers early.
- Run concise status updates (weekly/bi-weekly) and monthly readouts, documenting actions, owners, and due dates.
- Translate business objectives into actionable tasks for colleagues; follow up to ensure delivery and quality.
Compliance & Governance
- Adhere to regulatory, product claims, and advertising rules for each market.
- Support brand protection (e.g., Brand Registry, authorised content, infringement flagging).
- Follow brand guidelines and data privacy best practices.

- Organic search growth: non‑brand sessions, share of page one keywords, and ranking improvements for priority terms.
- Social performance: reach, engagement rate, follower growth by priority markets, and content output vs plan.
- Analytics & governance: GA4 dashboard accuracy, UTM discipline, and timely monthly reporting to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder management: % on-time cross-functional deliverables, approval SLAs met, and quarterly stakeholder pulse satisfaction score.
Other Requirements
Essential:
Minimum Qualifications (Graduate Level)
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
- Familiarity with ecommerce fundamentals: product listings, marketplace SEO, content optimization, and basic analytics.
- Competent in Excel/Google Sheets for data cleaning and reporting.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable working across teams and markets.
- Clear written communication; enthusiasm for animal health and regulated categories.
Desirable:
- Exposure to Amazon Seller/Vendor Central (projects, internships, or coursework).
- Basic understanding of Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display).
- Experience with PIM/DAM, simple HTML, Canva/Photoshop, or data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in additional European language(s).
