Purpose of the Position/ Role Summary
This high‑exposure graduate role places Insights and Market Intelligence at the centre of EU commercial decision‑making. You will be responsible for evaluating and interpreting all available market data, from sell‑in, sell‑out, pricing, forecasting inputs, competitor trends and margin mix, to generate clear, actionable insights for key stakeholders.
You will ensure internal sales forecasting reflects real‑time market dynamics, support decision‑making across markets, and contribute to Net Revenue Management (NRM) pillars.

Key Role Specific Requirements
Insights & Market Intelligence:
Leading EU market insight generation and commercial decision support
- Consolidate and analyse sell in, sell out, pricing, margin, and mix data across markets to produce insight driven recommendations.
- Evaluate all available market datasets (internal + external) and build structured market intelligence reports to highlight trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Ensure internal forecasting models are aligned with market behaviour and trend indicators; highlight discrepancies and propose adjustments.
- Maintain and enhance dashboards (Excel / Power BI / Looker Studio) covering price realisation, mix shifts, volume performance, customer dynamics, and category insights.
- Translate complex data into concise, action oriented summaries for monthly, quarterly and ad hoc leadership reviews.
- Support scenario planning by combining demand insights, competitive activity, and historical data.
- Act as an internal subject matter resource for data interpretation and insights driven decision making.
Net Revenue Management (NRM) — Supporting All Three Pillars
Brand Portfolio & Pricing
- Map brands/SKUs by market and support pricing corridor benchmarking.
- Track list vs net pricing to identify leakage and price realisation issues.
- Prepare pricing guidance packs for priority SKUs with Marketing & Finance.
Price Pack Architecture (PPA)
- Review market-specific pack sizes and price ladders by channel.
- Recommend rationalisation or additions to optimise value perception and margins.
- Track KPIs for priority products by size and market.
Active Mix Management (AMM)
- Analyse listing and channel opportunities informed by demand and profitability.
- Provide SKU rationalisation recommendations based on velocity, margin, and strategic fit.
- Enable Sales to shift focus toward higher value SKUs through robust mix insights.
Commercial Execution & Governance
- Work cross functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply and Marketing to support commercial execution.
- Maintain standard product/customer hierarchies for accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Contribute insight driven materials for budget cycles, quarterly reviews, and strategic discussions.
Salesforce.com (SFDC) – Implementation & Adoption Support
- Assist country rollouts including onboarding new users and configuring accounts/opportunities.
- Maintain and update standard dashboards, reporting views, and pipeline hygiene guides.
- Build simple playbooks (definitions, data guidelines, best practise walkthroughs).
- Track adoption metrics (active users, data completeness, update timeliness) and publish usage scorecards.
- Monitor key product/customer hierarchies and pricing fields with Finance/IT to ensure high data integrity.

Other Requirements
Essential:
Minimum Qualifications (Graduate Level)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or related.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets (pivots, lookups, modelling basics).
- Ability to convert datasets into actionable insights.
- Detail‑oriented and structured, with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable supporting multiple markets and stakeholders.
Desirable:
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI).
- Exposure to Salesforce.com (basic admin, reporting or dashboards).
- Understanding of pricing/margin models and SKU profitability.
- Familiarity with channel dynamics (Vets, Wholesalers, Distributors).
- Additional European languages.
